The tent will accommodate up to 6 Guests & insulate up to 12 degrees Fahrenheit while in the sun.

Please read before booking

How does the booking process work?

  • Select your picnic package and desired theme and head on over to the bookings page to fill out our online booking inquiry form!

  • Once we verify that your requested time, date, and location are available, we will require you to submit a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date! The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your picnic.

  • Full payment is required within 24 hours before the event.

  • Upon booking, we will always request an alternative indoor location that we can move to, should the weather take a turn.

What does the day of the picnic look like?

  • We set up 1-2 hours prior to your picnic and request you do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time. We want you to see the finished product!

  • Once you've arrived, we will leave and let you enjoy. We will return once your picnic is done to clean and pack everything up.

What if your party is late?

  • Your picnic time slot will begin and end at the agreed-upon scheduled time frame.

What if I want to stay longer or extend my reserved time?

  • Picnics are reserved for 2 hours. You may add additional time as an add-on. All extended time must be reserved and paid in advance.

What if I want to leave early or finish earlier than my reserved end time?

  • In the event that you want to end early, simply give us a call or send us a text message so we can return before you leave. A member of our team will arrive and handle the rest!


CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Can I cancel or reschedule?

  • We require a 12-hour notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel within 12 hours, we will save your nonrefundable deposit to apply towards a future event or rescheduled date.

  • If you do not provide a 12-hour notice to cancel or modify your picnic then your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to a future picnic.

  • If we need to cancel due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, heavy wind, cold conditions, etc.), then we will work with you to reschedule within 60 days.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We currently take payment through Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle


Location

Can I pick the location?

  • It's all up to you, it’s your day! The location is completely your decision! We recommend AirBnbs, Hotel Rooms, your backyard, your Living Room, and Public Parks all within Tyler Tx or surrounding areas!

  • The parks that we service are Bergfeld Park, City Park, Emmett J. Scott Park, Windsor Grove Park, Pollard Park, Rose Rudman Park, Faulkner Park, Tyler Rose Garden.

  • All locations outside of Tyler Tx and surrounding areas requires review & travel fees may be assessed. Please include specific location arrangements in your inquiry.


FOOD & DRINKS

Is food included with my package?

  • Complimentary light snacks provided as part of your package include chips, salsa, and a chilled bottle of water for each guest, Ice & ice Bucket. You're more than welcome to bring food to your picnic!

Is Alcohol allowed?

  • We do not offer alcoholic beverages, nor are alcoholic beverages allowed for your picnics. Tyler parks have strict ordinances against public drinking. Plum & Picnic co holds no liability for those items.

Bubble Tent (Add-On)

  • The tent will accommodate up to 6 Guests.

  • You may not smoke, use a heater, or light any fires within the tent.

Do you only offer Picnics?

  • While luxury picnics are our thing, we also offer our services for formal table styling, floral centerpieces, balloon garlands, bounce houses, and our sweetheart room package! Click our add-ons button below for more information.

SETUP/CLEANUP

  • You don't have to lift a finger! We will set up, tear down, and clean up your picnic! We do provide wastebaskets for trash and food brought to the picnic.

  • Our Sweetheart package does NOT include breakdown and clean up.
